Default dent near fuel door...yikes!

Looks like someone opened their rear door into the back of my ftype near the fuel door. It indented the body a bit.. How bad is it to repaint the rear panel? i'm in shock... thanks

Gotta say this is my worse fear when parking my car, i feel for you and hope it's a reasonable fix.

Might be worth putting up a picture for some better advice

post a pic. I've used paintless dent repair for over 25 years. Far better solution if possible.

depending on the severity, paintless dent removal maybe the way to go. you'll need to find one that has experience working on aluminium.

I think you can get pretty good access to the panel from inside the trunk so you may be in luck if it hasn't creased the paint....
