error code B1C37-23 and B1C38-23

hi all , have my f-type with this error : error code B1C37-23 and B1C38-23 !
impossible to unlock or lock the car from the buttons on the doors
What do you think about this ??

I don't have personal experience of this, however a quick Google search brought a number if items similar to this

Whichever switch control module or one of the lock switches itself has gone bad.

left or right button same problem, however the yellow light on the buttons is on, but no locking or unlocking of the doors. while if you pull on the handle, everything is ok ... fuse ?? or what
