It's good to see you back on this site, and I see there are updates from the last time I recall you publishing a special offer here about year ago. There are also more offerings for the F-Type, so it looks like you've been doing some development work. That's great!

In looking at your website just now, for each engine software pkg listed for the base V6, V6S, V8S, and V8R you list HP and torque increases over stock for each engine. Under the pulley description, you list +30 HP for that add.

Does the pulley add 30HP to what each software pkg advertises or are the software numbers including the pulley installation?

Thanks in advance for your response.

Hi Eurocharged,

I've been waiting for over a year for you guys to post some dyno charts for the base F-Type 3.0 V6 engine.

F Type : Jaguar F Type Performance Engine Software

Every time I've called (about 6 times in the last year) I've gotten the response that the chart is "coming soon".

Any update on this?

thanks!

You say "handheld programmer", does this mean the ECU flash is a DIY, or must it still be installed through a Eurocharged location?

When can we see the graphs for the "R"?

Funny, isn't there an ongoing High Performance Tune thread that specifically mentions non-responsiveness from Eurocharged?

Yes, a number of us have been unsuccessfully trying to get more information for well over a year, and I gave up. It should be a pretty simple answer about whether the claimed pulley power increases are additive or not to the software claimed increases published on the website.

I would have been interested as well but the fact that they would go into this group and post but never bothering replying to people worries me. Plus I've heard similar stories from many others about how they are hard to get a answer from. Doesn't make good business sense to not respond to potential customers.

They might heed the advice of, of all people, Woody Allen who said, 80% of success is just showing up.

I suspect that Eurocharged uses that account just to post announcements and doesn't really read the forums on a regular basis (if at all.) If you want to contact them, there is a phone number in the post that you might be able to use to reach someone who can answer your questions.

As I understand it, Eurocharged works with partner shops who handle all the mechanical work anyway. (I assume the expectation is you must use their shops if you want proper coverage under the warranty.) So you may have better luck reaching out to one of them. Mechanic shops are more incentivized to respond since they want to earn your repeat business.

Some of us have tried your suggestions without success. I was just giving it one more shot, here.

However, I did find this under the Jaguar Engines and Transmissions section of this forum that I had not seen before. Some questions were answered by them here:

wow, what a mess! We need to apologize for the lack of responses, that is certainly unacceptable. We had a few guys traveling to Jakarta for a tuning trip and trying to play catchup and handle the day to day at the shop.

I will try and answer the questions now, and watch the thread so we can avoid this in the future.

The handheld tuner allows us to email files to you, to place on the tuner. You then can flash the car from the comfort of your home. (no need to go to a dealer or shop) You will also have the ability to flash back to stock as you see fit (dealer visits etc)

As far as the pulley:

The pulley will add 30HP with tuning….over tuning alone. If stock file is on the car…it varies too much to give an approximate estimate as there are different versions of the stock software.

We have dealers in Marietta and Douglasville if that helps.

I will grab some graphs, we changed dynos and I think we can still throw the old computer up and get files off of it.

Also, If anyone is in the houston area, let us know. I would be willing to offer free dyno time for a F type to show the numbers immediately for the forum if they pay for tuning. (we can get videos and graphs for everyone here on the Jag forums)

Here are some graphs of XFR and XKRS that we just had in the shop

I am in Dallas, and I am interested in a tune (no pulley) I've sent you a PM. We might be able to work something out on a tune and Dyno time.

Thanks very much for showing up here and answering some of my questions.

Is ISP Racing in Beltville, MD still an approved dealer of yours?

Does the handheld programmer come loaded with the tune?

You mentioned that you could email files. Are they both Apple and PC compatible?
