Default F type question

Has anyone been to LA show and seen the real thing? My question is: what's the round thingy just aft of the trunk on right hand side?
Just curious...............waiting to see a Coupe with a half decent sized trunk!
I'm a Coupe person starting in 1960 with a maroon XK 140 MC 2+2 Coupe; which is still much alive in Seattle!
Glad to see Jaguar put a real gearshift in the F Type!
Nice car but rear view not anywhere as good as my 2007 Coupe or '68 E-Type.

Cheers,korder

The only round thingy I can think of on the right side aft of the trunk is the fuel door.

I think the couple has a more than adequate size trunk for everyday use.

When I had my 2017 coup, I found the rear compartment sadly lacking in space. The 'concealment cover' was always topping any packages I was carrying, and always coming loose. I also did not like that there was a separator between the cockpit and the rear compartment. Much better set up in the XK-E.
My 2020 convertible seems to have more available cargo space, even though I cannot reach it from the cockpit.

The OP's post is very confusing to me, like it's a post from another thread, as its context seems pretty opaque. I checked his other posts and they're kinda all over the place. Hard not to suspect some baiting is going on, but clarification would help.

Guys, it is probably the old 'Recommended Thread' trap, where 'related' threads show up at the bottom and you end up posting somewhere entirely differently.

Some points:

The F-Type has not been available in manual since 2020. Even, then, it was only for the V6
The coupe has much more storage space than the vert. When I know I need more space, I remove the cargo cover and the lower shelf. I've two suitcases and cases of wine, along with all the other things a wife brings on a road trip and still could see out the back window.

I have some difficulty with 'aft of the trunk' - that would be the car behind me.

Given that the OP hasn't been back suggests it's "drive-by spamming." May as well delete the thread.
