Default Factory Suede Mfr / Color Code

I just purchased a sport steering wheel and I'm thinking about having it wrapped in Alcantara(TM) or similar suede fabric to match the suede inserts on the seats.

So I have a few questions:
Does Jaguar use Alcantara(TM) products or some other manufacturer? If not Alcantara, which manufacturer?

What is the color code or product code?

Is there an Alcantara(TM) color that matches best?

From reading a thread on here it seems that the factory suede could in fact be Alcantara. I still have the shift knob from my last car which is wrapped in Alcantara 9040 Deep Black. I'll make it a point to compare when I get home.

When I was going over the specs before ordering my car they called it "suedecloth" and I did not notice any mention of Alcantara. It would not surprise me though if it were.

On XKs, XJs and early XFs the suedecloth used by Jaguar was called "Alston", I had this headlining on my old XFR.
Not sure if JLR or anyone else still supplies this material though.

Update: The Alcantara 9040 is definitely NOT a good match. It's much blacker than the leather and suedecloth in my base coupe.
