2016 sapphire blue with white performance seats. Took over a year to find the right one at the right price. Enjoying it even more than I thought I would.

Congratulations.

Keep in mind - our cars are very sensitive to oil quality, you need to make sure it meets the spec AND to stay on top of oil changes. The manufacturer-recommended oil change interval is absolutely maximum you should go between oil changes, as it designed with reducing lifteme emissions (that count fluid changes) for environmental reasons and not longevity of your engine.

Also, on 2016 with an automatic transmission, it is time for you to think about transmission fluid and filter change.

It's only got 10K miles on it but since it's 4 years old I should at least get the brake fluid changed, based on the maintenance schedule. I don't see any recommendation on the AT fluid. Agree, I would never go 16K miles between oil changes...….that's crazy.

It's an S coupe which means it's a V6.

Yes I have a V6 which is badged S.
But I see in the US they talk about the V8 being an S. Seems different badges for different regions.

Nup.
The V8S was only ever a 'vert, and only ever for the first year or so of production (2013/2014), then it was replaced by the R (both 'vert and coupe).
Which means if it's an S coupe it cannot be a V8 unless someone is playing funny buggers with the badging, such as replacing the front R badge with an S badge, and who in their right mind would do that?
And the same S badge was used for the V8S in all regions.

The problem with your linked thread is he has titled it ".... S V8", when the correct name is V8S.
Maybe the OP on that thread was confused by the 2008 XF SV8, which like the F-Type V8S only lasted for one year before it was replaced by the XFR.
I know I took a while to sort out all this naming malarkey!

Default Thanks

Thanks for all of the compliments.

It's a 6, not the 8.

Can't really see from the pic; are the seats actually "white" or are they Cirrus (nearly white)? I've got the Sapphire/Cirrus combo, but in a convertible. Really like the looks of your coupe!

Sapphire/Cirrus, like yours. Had to have that combination and the performance seats. I looked for at least a year and finally found what I was looking for right here in Texas.
