Fitment problem with chrome window frame
When I got my car I realized there was a problem on the right side. They 'fixed' it when I got my 1000km maintenance, basically just glued them back.
I got the car back and realized the same thing on the left side as well.
Does this bit always come off?
Does anyone else have this problem?

It's a fairly common issue.
A couple of weeks ago I noticed that trim on the driver's side (so same side as yours seeing as mine is RHD) had lifted just a little, right on the end by the door just like yours. It was only about 1 mm up but enough to annoy me. I carefully applied a small dob of gel superglue underneath the end with the tip of a toothpick and pressed the trim down hard, and it hasn't budged since.

i have the black pack but the same thing happened, but mine was much worse. The "fix" they tried was a joke. The adhesive didn't stand up to the sun, so it would melt and the piece would spring off the body of the car. Shop foreman actually told me "well, the heat should make it stickier." Took two months to get a replacement part from the factory, and they scratched my car during the job.

But I *think* it was Permatex brand, maybe this one: https://www.ebay.com/itm/Permatex-Su...IAAOSwY8teS7FU
All I can remember for sure is that it was a gel superglue (not the runny liquid variety) coz I was worried about it running onto the rubber or paint or glass.
And it hasn't budged one micron since I glued it down!
Edit - I know I bought it from Bunnings (big home hardware chain here in Oz) so I checked their catalogue and it was definitely this one (Selleys): https://www.bunnings.com.au/selleys-...-glue_p1232153
But any decent brand name gel superglue should work just as well.

Mine is much worse than yours, mine is up about 3-4mm on each side. I was told it wasn't covered under warranty, which I wasn't surprised. I put some double sided 3m tape under there, but I think because the trim actually has a cavity, the tape wasn't thick enough to touch both surfaces. Don't look now, but that trim also comes loose as it makes the bend to go up over the C pillar. I think OzXFR has the solution. I might try that route, but tape off and paper around the area just in case there is any spillage of the super glue.
