Flat tire Question
Hi all, running the Michelin PS4s, staggered 255s in the front and 295s in the rear on a R AWD. Back left has gone flat after being at 37psi yesterday.
Bought from Costco couple years back (February 2020), since put on 10k miles. Not sure if they're still under warranty.
Should I flatbed it to Costco to deal with warranty? Or would Discount tire also work for the warranty?
For the staggered setup, does Michelin still recommend/require they're rotated side to side?

Failure to rotate tires cuts the Michelin mileage warranty in half, but it shouldn't impact your repair coverage at Costco. If the damage is in the tread area, about any place can plug it and the cost is minimal. I carry a plug kit in the trunk (recommended & cheap), because you're not always near a tire store. But, if the damage is anywhere close to the side/sidewall, you're probably looking at a new tire. If you can get the tire to hold enough air to drive to Costco, then go for it.
The first thing to do is figure out why it went flat.
Puncture?
Leak at the rim?
Faulty valve?
Cracked rim?
Take the flat to any tyre shop and they will be able to figure this out in a jiffy and probably fix it on the spot for minimal $.
Then if it is something more serious such as a tyre fault you can consider a warranty claim.
Edit - forgot to add, nothing is achieved by rotating MPS4S side to side, the inside and outside don't change and shouldn't be changed anyway. They have "inside" and "outside" written on them.

My undertsanding is that (all) tire mnufacturers cut their warranty in half if your vehicle has different size front/rear tires.
The "logic" may be that it is not possible to rotate tires in a meaningful way - of,course it could just be that they are just using that excuse to cheap out on their warranty

Warranty only applies to manufacturing fault such as delaamination. If it is just a nail it’s got nothing to do with Michelin. Maybe Costco has their own tyre warranty for punctures on tyres bought there if you are lucky.

Thanks all! Found a nail and apparently in sidewall. Drove her up onto flatbed this morning. Was wrestling with deciding to go to Discount Tire (15min away) or Costco (about an hour) away where I bought them. Convenience won out.. hope I didn't give up a free covered replacement!
