OEM = Original Equipment Manufacturer. So they are definitely not "OEM". You just adding keywords like classic Chinese sellers.

They are OEM Jaguar headlights the DRLs were upgraded and the harness was modified to fit xenon models. The headlights say JAGUAR LED TECHNOLOGY on it and says part number too. If you read the description it says upgraded. The matrix style headlights maybe full aftermarket or upgraded oem, I am curious about those ones because it appears that version has better light output.

The easy way to see if they're OEM is to ask the price!

OEM housings with aftermarket internals - so it's just the plastic that's original.

In the lighting community we call those "retrofits."

The lighting output is about 40% more compared to xenons. If you ever driving a MY18+ its the same LED projectors in these because the headlights themselves is oem only the drl's were updated to sequential.

The New Matrix LED style has been released for 2014-2017 models and yes the DRLS are upgraded. I might upgrade to these new ones soon.

Posted this in the wrong forum this morning....

I've been considering replacing the headlights in my 2017. The lenses are starting to show micro cracks -- nothing horrible -- and the drivers side rear mounting tab was damaged prior to my ownership. Unfortunately it looks like I will have to wait a bit longer. This is just an FYI for anyone in the US, considering ordering these.

They should be installed next week. It is a "matrix type" but 3 lenses are not "animated" i a way you can see on the newest Audi, BMW, Porsche, etc. Only the "J" has starting animation and of course "floating" turn which is a very nice and modern addition.

You can get them cheaper on Aliexpress. I have the MY18 style they are about $1600 on there. The Matrix style is the newer model and I believe the cheapest Ive seen them was about $2500 I have to double check because theres a few sellers. You can resell your Xenons on Ebay and get at least $1000-$1500. This is the best cost effective approach.

AliExpress prices (at least aliexpress.us) end up being approximately the same price, all the listings there just have the import charges already included in the listing price. The older style are in the $1700-$2000 range and matrix/3 light version are $3300 and up.
