Jaguny,
Thanks for posting those pics. I love the Brushed Titanium. I was very tempted to get the rims in this, and pull all the chrome trim and have it anodized (?) to match... but I chickened out.
Some of the chrome is certainly plated plastic, so the only way to match would be wrapping. Don't know if I could match that and be satisfied with the result.
For that reason I have chosen to have the dark brushed titanium wheels diamond cut to a brilliant silver on the face of the spokes and the bead, much like the diamond cut gyrodynes. This way the wheel will tie in to the various chrome bits.

I imagine these will look great! I am almost as excited to see your wheels as I am to see mine
I think I'll have to wait to make my first payment, lol before I get new wheels. And for the record I dislike the Al window trim, but $600 each side to replace it with black is crazy. I think OzXFR said you will damage the trim if you try to remove it to paint or powdercoat it, is this correct?

It wasn't me, but I have read a few reports across a number of forums that it is extremely difficult to remove the window trims without bending them at least a little, even for a professional body shop with all the right tools and know-how.
The clips are tight, the metal bends easily, and being alooooominum it doesn't bend back perfectly.
Tomorrow will be 8-weeks since I put down half on these wheels, a time that was the original estimate for shipment. I emailed Paul @ PK Auto Design to trace and his reply was: "Currently in production I know that I believe their in finishing currently as well."
Getting anxious on seeing these... anyone else have shipment schedules on their order?

Jay,
Which model did you order and what size?
I believe I was the first to order, and on my 20" VS03 front wheels, the manufacturer was first of the opinion that the 380mm rotors and calipers would not fit with the 9.5" width and the specified offset. They recommended going with a 9" rim. That was a deal breaker for me and the manufacturer went back to taking measurements on a representative F-Type. After a 3-4 week delay, they finally acknowledged that the 9.5" wheel would fit. Based on my conversation with Paul, that would put delivery sometime around 1st or 2nd week in January. If you specified 9.5" wheels, it is likely your order was caught up in this design delay as well. Lance
I followed the wheel specs FR500GT used on his 21" wheels to be safe. Not many 21" out there, and I am rather paranoid about offsets and rubbing.
My order may have been delayed, or it may just be the nature of custom forging & machining in small quantities like this.

At 21 x 9, they would have been able to proceed without concern. I suspect your wheels are fairly close to being shipped.
I am new to this thread. I just bought a white F-type convertible. It came with chrome tornado's. I really am not a fan of the chrome. I'm trying to decide if it bugs me that much. If it does, do I go black or something dark like the double dipped shown in this thread. I'd love to hear opinions on what you've seen that looks best on white. Lastly, can I still buy these at this discount?

I believe the discount is still available on the VS Forged wheels (many styles). Contact Paul at PK Automotive Design.
Paul @ PK Automotive Design just informed me that VS was shipping the wheels today.
Yep! I received a call from Paul earlier today. Having them ship the wheels directly to the shop who installed my APV springs. Hopefully I will see it all together late next week?
Spending money on toys while seeing such huge losses in the market...
I got the Stance forged VSO2 for my V6S 18 months ago. 20x11 ET 32 and 20x9.5 ET 43. Stand was very worried about brake clearance for the front wheels and recommended ET40 at front which I refused since it would affect steering geometry. So I insisted on ET43 and there was approx.10mm clearance in all directions, so I expect that your ET 49 will also clear the brakes. I can confirm the weight savings mentioned above. These wheels are fantastic, you are going to be very happy for them. I attached some photos of my wheels.
