Default Head unit in an infinite reboot loop

Wow, three posts in one day. Sorry, but instead of updating my backup camera thread, I didn’t want this to get lost via the subject line. Now I have a new problem – the head unit (info-tainment screen) seems to be in an infinite rebooting loop. It draws the Jaguar leaper logo, then goes black, then starts that all over again. Never gets to the home/radio screen. Backup camera works but still very laggy as described in other post. Now I’m convinced both of these issues were caused by the dealer visit.

Car started fine. Still no fault messages, but I'm very reluctant to drive it. I do keep the battery on a CTEK when not driving.

Any ideas before I call them? I’m trying not to get furious over this, but no way this is coincidence. Thanks again for your advice.

Disconnect the battery for at least 5 minutes. It should cause all electronics in the head unit to start from a clean reboot.

Thanks, I did try that, but no joy. Heading back to dealer later this week.
