The F-Type headlights use the same globe for both low and high beam, that's why it's called "Bi-Xenon".
There are two adjusters each side, one for up/down and one for left/right, immediately behind each headlight assembly under the hood. Both are white plastic hex socket, and you need a long shank 6mm Allen key to turn them.
Going from memory the smaller and further outboard adjuster on each side is for up/down, and you turn it clockwise to raise the light aim and anti-clockwise to lower it.
Jag lights are notorious for leaving the factory pointing way low and in urgent need of adjustment!
