Default How can I make the V6 sound like the V8?

Hi everyone. So, I'm new to the forum and recently purchased a F-Type V6. Don't get me wrong, I absolutely love the V6. However, I just heard the sound of my friend's V8 "R" and it left me speechless. Even with dynamic mode activated on the V6, the V8 still blows it out of the water. It's so loud and furious! Is there any way I can make the V6 sound like the V8 without voiding the warranty? I understand that I can turn the V6 into the V6 S by tuning the ECU, but I don't think that does affects the sound.

Any suggestions are much appreciated!!

Thanks

Cylinder count and size are key elements of exhaust pitch and sound volume. No, you just can't make the V6 sound like the V8. As loud with the right exhaust, yes.

You can make it louder, but you'll never make a V6 sound like a V8, a gasoline engine sound like a diesel, or a I4 sound like a V12.
