Staten island is only about 3 hours on an early morning 6 a.m. weekend day.

anyway, if we can declare if a hershey meet would be of interest, i would start on a plan asap. How about saturday MAY 20. Gotta start somewhere.

Nope, white coupe. I've seen a total of three F types on the Island in the last year. Two coupes and a convertible and I do quite a bit of local driving. Guess we are a pretty rare breed, lol.

 

ive gone gone to great kills park a few sunday mornings. I'm always the only jag. I've only see 3 other jags also 2 verts and a coupe

 

That would be a 4 am departure for me, and a 500 mile day trip. Let's try to keep it within just a couple adjacent states. Maybe 3-4 hour circuit around Hershey and Hellertown on 6/11.

6/11 works for me anywhere! Can't do the 4th as I'll be in Dover for the race.....yah I know NASCAR! What can I say my son is obsessed with it. You guys pick the meet location and time and I'll be there.

 

I'm into a meet, but Hershey is far....there are some nice areas by the Jersey shore....also there are scenic overlooks on the Hudson River off the Palisades Parkway...

Of those wanting to participate, whose the farthest North? We should choose someplace halfway between there and DC.
Cape May for lunch sounds like it's about 3-3.5 hours for every one. Clowders from the north, west and south could each convoy for the drive to and fro.

 

I'm in but can't do the 20th, 21st or 3rd - open all other dates.

It sounds like this isn't the only time we'll be getting together. Would it make sense if we created a mini version of the members location map thread using google maps so we can place our locations graphically and everyone can visual see how far they'd be from this and future meets. Maybe it's overkill but if desired I can set one up.

 

or we can use the members location map already on the forum.
