Intake to supercharger torque specs

Intake to supercharger torque specs
Good morning guys,
I started doing the Y pipes yesterday and removed the torx screws which go from the intake manifold to the supercharger.
As this is not needed, I couldn't find the torque specs for those bolts in any diy.
Could you please help me out?
If those go loose, they fall right into the engine, so I want to be 100% sure to have them torqued correctly.

The 2nd half of this document gives torque values, mostly 25 N-m.
