Depends on what you believe isn't.
Early 2016 models needed a firmware update to the Infotainment and Telematics modules to work (mine!) but a recent issue with iOS and some carriers (TMO) means the voice commands don't work. This is according to JustDrive support caused by their voice gateway supplier not being IPV6 compliant. They are apparently working on it but no ETA.
Keyboard commands and searches work fine.

Just to be clear, this isn't anything in the car itself, or even my iPhone, this is the voice gateway provider that JustDrive connects to in order to process your voice commands. And it may be cell carrier dependent - Apple have mandated that data is no longer carried on IPV4 and TMO seems to be following that, I don't know if other cell providers are. It doesn't just affect JustDrive, there are reports that other VPN type applications also don't work.
The somewhat misleading error message in the dash is "slow data connection" - until I contacted JustDrive support and they were able to trace my traffic, I figured I just really had too poor a data connection to support the app.
