I bought mine (2015 R) second hand one years old, and when I had it in for the first service, they checked the service history for me. I was told that mine had been in for a service bulletin issue regarding the transmission when it was just 3 months old.

 

Thanks for posting. I had noticed this happen twice, but after thinking about it, I thought I might have unconsciously rested my arm on the gearshift while stopped at a light, and possibly accidentally hit the 'park' button on the top. Once I stopped putting my arm/wrist/hand on the gearshift, I have never noticed the issue again... Have others experienced the issue noted in the link?
