Good taste, still a good looking car. But what's "X BEST BODY OF ALL-TIME..."?

Hmmmm...seems like that site might be in my bookmarks...

I think that turbosupercharger is the proper name for a turbocharger

Shouldn't it be turbIosupIerchargIer. If the brits are going to throw an extra I into aluminum, they should be consistent.

According to the Wikipedia listing for the Periodic Table (and Wikipedia is essentially US run) it is aluminium with two i's. The American spelling and pronunciation is an utter abomination of both language and science.
See here https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Periodic_table then scroll down a little and check out element 13.

That is my understanding.

I say "aluminum" because that's how I learned it, but the US is the only place I know of that uses this barbaric pronunciation. The only element that comes to mind right now that uses "um" instead of "ium" is plumbum.

Oh, and Nicko McBrain! I can't condone his choice of footwear, but he's a drummer, so certain accommodations need to be made.

...and of course did anyone check his sobriety level? Speaking as a very small time rock band member from the '60s, that was always a consideration.
Still a beautiful vehicle, regardless the pronunciation.

Yes indeed...a carefully concocted and balanced elixir of several mind altering potions.

The US is also the only country in the English-speaking world that calls the last letter of the alphabet "zee" , and which has a shortage of the letter "u". For the rest of us it is "zed" and "colour" ! I guess exceptionalism extends to language too. But we all love Jags and especially the models made of aluminum or aluminium...
