Hey. I joined and got a $2500 discount as a mfg rebate. They told me the program was going away so check with your dealer. I bought late October. 2014.

She is not a corporate employee then. I wonder where she got her information as she is just a JCNA club member. Only time will tell.

I will recheck to make sure. I told her it was for a 2016, but she may have not been paying attention to the year. I wish I had got specifics. Let you know in a day or so. Cecil............

Perhaps not, but she is responsible for issuing the membership numbers that qualify for the discounts that Jaguar provides to the membership. I can only imagine that she is in close contact with their marketing team. JCNA is probably also heavily subsidized by JLR as well.

It's a clever way for JLR to market to more die-hard enthusiasts, which are the types that join brand clubs. That also builds brand loyalty, which translates into future sales of JLR models. It's also more cost-effective than providing rebates across the board.

It's probably the only way they "subsidize" JCNA by stimulating increased membership.

You are correct. I checked their IRS Form 990 and all their income comes from membership dues (2/3) and advertising (1/3).

Just got a reply from D Kennedy again and she said there is a program for the 2016, but I will have to talk to the dealer directly to get it. She would not specify as to what the program is or how much money is in the program/rebate. My dealer has been less than forth coming on any information, so I'll see how it goes. Will update as I obtain more. Cecil.......

As of right now there is nothing posted on JBN. The last bulletin mentioning the JCNA discount was posted 12.2.2014. I don't see any sales & marketing bulletin that mentions the 2016 cars yet. I do expect to see the lease programs go away for 2014 cars in January.

I just joined JCNA and the program, from what I understand, will be good till 3-31-15. My car has a build date of 3-1-2015, but has to be at the dealer by the 31st for pickup, for me to get the rebate. Its going to be close. Cecil...........

It will apply if your car is a 2015 model only, as of right now.

They won't be building the 2016 MY until April 1.

Below is a copy of email correspondence that I had via LinkedIn with someone from Jaguar North America corporate customer service department to confirm the discount. I purchased a 2015 in December but the discount should be offered if you order before March 15, 2015 it seems. You should mention the bulletin number below and the discount actually comes from Jaguar, not the dealer. you do have to be a JCNA member to get the rebate. at the time that I purchased, they had another year-end special (pay all cash, no financing) that got me $3k off, but I could not combine with the $2.5k JCNA discount.

Title: RE: Jaguar Question
Hi Robert. Yes, this is true! The retailer can call the ROA's (Retailer Operations Assistant) if they have any questions. They will need to submit the PIN Verification form which is attached to the Bulletin. Enjoy your F-TYPE!

Sharon - There is something that I would hope that you can verify. I am a member of the Jaguar Club of North America (JCNA - Member No. XX98-56XXX). According to them there is a Jaguar Sales Bulletin which offers a $2,500 discount on all F-Type models purchased through March 31, 2015. The details are supposed to be in Jaguar Operations Bulletin JSOB14-81. I called JCNA and they verified it. I was told that my membership number above gets the dealer a PIN# which authorizes the discount. I am about to purchase a 2015 F Type and would like to understand if this is true. I would really appreciate it if you could please confirm.
