Default Just Bought a 2017 F-Type S AWD
So my dad is going to pick up the new Jag on Friday. I've done a lot of research and this was the car I recommended he buy. So, considering he's getting the car very soon what are some things from actual owners that would be helpful to know?

Ask the dealer NOT to wash it - unless they have a pro detailer on staff (not the intern who grabs a bucket and shop rags)

Check out the sound of the stereo. Previous problems should be fixed on 2017. Drive it like you stole it.

When my detailer put Cquartz on my car he gave me this

There is a break in period. In the owners manual its called "Run In".

Not true. I have a 2017 and it benefitted from the amplifier module TSB.

I bought a 2017 S AWD two months ago and very happy with it. The only issue I find is that it gets dirty after 15 minutes parked outside. Colour BRG might have something to do with it...

+1. That color attracts pollen like no other.
