Default Less prominent pops and bangs after tune

Hello everyone I installed vap stage 3 tune with maximum pops and bangs settings for around 3 months, the pops and bangs are amazing. However yesterday I noticed the pops and bangs are become half less, I mean they are still there but noticeably less frequent, I contacted vap they said it’s usually due to premature catalyst failure, anyone has experience on this? Should I just clean or replace the converter to have the sound back again? Do I have to worry about the power loss?

I would take advantage of their BF sale and order yourself of 200 cel cats, have them adjust the tune accordingly and call it a day! I mean if you are still running stock one's?
