The oem F-Type battery is 90Ah or 90,000mAh (about 900CCA).
So, I am guessing you mean 60Ah.
Sounds like you may have down sized, which may not be so smart given how finicky these cars are to "low battery".

Be cool! 60Ah is to much, better 40, absolutely enough... You have from the OEM 90Ah only 50%, the problem is the current, a normal Battery have a big problem, under 50% power, the constant current falls down under 12 Volt. The new Lithium is perfect, and the 60Ah to much power for the F-Type, believe me... :-) with this Lithium you will never see the failed low battery in the future. A friend of me have this one more than 2 years, and in winter he loaded one day, that's it. No problems with any standard metalhydrid or OEM f... That is fact... :-)
Don't forget, you use one 50% from your OEM 90Ah, and the Lithium is much more faster full over your Car Loading... It's simply but not cheap, that is the only problem with Lithium!

An OE Jaguar battery has the Manufactured Date stamped into into the top of the negative terminal post as WWYY:
Thanks but our dual-battery F from 2013 doesn't seem to have any markings on the negative terminal.(although the battery DOES have a Land-Rover marking)
I see other markings, like CW93-10655-AA (Alcoholics Anonymous?) and 332111 (stuttering countdown?)
Andi makes a good point. Traditional lead acid batteries, including AGM, loose significant flow (amps) as their storage (volts) decreases. Lithium batteries maintain flow until just about depleted.
500-600 euros for a car battery is a lot of money. According to the data sheet, this lasts twice as long as an OEM standard. Then, of course, these additional costs are put into perspective somewhat. Work with emergency lighting batteries. Lithium batteries are indispensable here! So there was no alternative for me after my oem batteries were defective. My V8 also starts with more power, this lithium turns the starter extremely quickly, I really enjoy my new battery. And if you buy the 40Ah, the difference in weight is already extreme. After a few kilometers, the battery is full to the brim, charging in the vehicle is much faster,
so even a smaller Ah number is enough. Faster charging in the vehicle saves power on the battery.
So it happened again. The car has been parked in the garage since I last drove it four days ago. When I opened it today I got the low battery warning again. This can't be normal. Maybe I have a similar issue as Valerie mentioned above so I'll probably bring it up with the dealer sooner or later.
It does sound like some module has a small current drain that it shouldn't have. There are quite a few videos on YouTube explaining how to track 'em down, armed only with a multimeter. And a bit of patience!
Well I hope the dealer will know how to track down drains because I'll leave it to them.
Very unlikely and really a long shot but could it possibly have anything to do with that there's zero cell reception in the garage? One of the few things that definitely are on while the car is locked away is the remote system... I was thinking about that cell phones at least in the past used to use much more battery power in situations with weak or absent reception.
I think once the car has gone to sleep it doesn't make any attempt at outbound communications unless something untoward happens (theft, attempt, flat battery, etc.).
Yep, surely there's not outbound communication from the car but surely it also actively tries to stay connected to the cell network in order to be accessible for any inbound communications for e.g. remote unlocking. That's the part I thought maybe gets excessively power consuming if there's no cell reception. That's the situation where phones used to use more battery because they spent more power on trying to get or maintain a connection to the cell network. Sounds very unlikely that JLR would leave such a flaw in the system though. There must be loads of JLR cars with the in control system that regularly are parked in locations without cell phone reception.

In my MY18, once the vehicle has gone to sleep you can't remote unlock (or anything else remote) - the vehicle is uncontactable "until it's next driven", according to the message displayed in the app.

I am able to contact my MY2021 in my own garage whenever I choose.
It is presently at the dealer, 30 miles away, and I can follow it using the app. at any time.
I did think about starting it up at the dealer's just to give them a wake-up!!
It has been there for over 2 weeks. I can see the location, the last trip, the unlocked status etc.
Decided against trying remote functions in case I was unable to stop it once I started the engine!!
I will try it once it is home again, though it very seldom sits for 4 days without being driven.
Come to think about it, I was even able to communicate with the car in my garage while I was away in UK for 2 weeks recently.

This is correct. For the models that use the InControl app, with the exception of Guardian mode, once the car has been off for more than 4 days you can no longer communicate with the car until it is ignition-cycled. Guardian mode will not allow inbound communication but it will wake up the cellular modem to send an outbound alert if the security of the car is breached.
