Yes it's hard to strike the balance between style, performance and day to day driving experience. Some say the F-Type sacrificed some of the traditional jaguar ride quality but overall I'm glad Jaguar is back at the table of serious performance cars. Back in the early 60s the E-Type was one of the fastest cars in the world. But the old XJS and XK series of sports cars would have gotten smoked by any serious sports car. With the F-Type, Jaguar is back in the game.

As they play with the gears, and add AWD, its performance will only improve.

Adding AWD ... i don't know about that. I kind of like the feeling when hitting gas and turning 90 degrees on a wet road. AWD would most likely limit this...

Truly a beautiful sexy sportscar...wow! Place your priorities where you wish. No one can deny this jaguar isn't among the most stunning of automotive designs.

IMO worth more than a tenth of a second or what ever time on a racetrack...

Enjoy the total package as delivered.
