Default My Winter Rat

Cars are for driving, and British Racing Green looks lovely in the snow.

Let me know if you are ever interested in selling the FJ40. Had that exact year and color in high school. Would love to have one again!!

It's a great truck, but get's about 8 mpg and will only get to 60 mph going downhill with a stiff tailwind. Have it in the shop now to convert to a 5.3 liter LC-9 engine (327 c.i./325 h.p.) plus range splitter. That'll give me 16 gear ratios, 16-18 mpg and a top end over 100 despite its billboard aerodynamics.

I have a BJ42, which is Diesel gets around 25 mpg but. It works real hard to get to 60 mph....but that's what 90 hp will get you.
