Default MY2018 CCF knowledge/experience

Does anyone have any knowledge/experience of what can be changed on an F-Type R CCF?

Going through the 1000 lines of parameters, I am seeing a lot of disabled parameters which makes me wonder if these can be enabled?

I have successfully upgraded the 8" screen to the 10.2" screen and want to know if there is anything else that can be done.

thanks

id be interested to learn the parts you used to achieve this other than the 10”SV screen and the CCF entries you had to update to enable CarPlay and also so that the car knows it’s a 10” screen ?

I’ve been toying with this for some time now for my MY18 FT and would ideally like to get the 10” retrofitted. I did reach out to Mo at LRRetrofits but £800+ seemed a bit steep for something that can be fitted much cheaper, I get your also paying for his expertise and knowledge but apparently for that price you also lost access to the climate directional controls which didn’t sit right with me.

thanks in advance if any inputs / guidance.

As far as CCF changes, one thing I would really like to know is can you enable the dual climate control? My 2016 S has two temperature control knobs, but the climate control screen does not show the option to enable dual control. I'm guessing that the fact my car has two knobs means that it MAY have all the hardware needed for dual control, and that it is just an option the original owner did not pay for so it was not enabled in the software. Does anyone know the facts about this?

And do you know any shop in southern Cal has the right stuff to do this? Thanks.

I have read on this forum that the dual control for climate can be activated, but i don't recall when or where I read that. Perhaps a search will bring it up for you. As for me I ordered my 2022 and intentionally opted to not order dual zone climate control because 1). Very rarely is anyone else in the car with me, and 2) It would seem that the cabin is so small that two zones would be unnecessary/ineffective..
