Default Navigation Voice

Hi All,

Just picked up my new V6 S BDE in red. Living in The Netherlands, but I'm Australian, so the system language is set to English.

Is there any more voices available for the navigation guidance?

There doesn't seem to be a menu option available, just one US female voice?

Cheers
Stu

Hi Stu,

I don't remember how I adjusted it in the setting menus, but there are definately many languages to chose from - and I was positively surprized to find Norwegian to be one of them.

However I can not remember to have seen any choices for more voices than the female one.

No, as I recall mine is set for a male voice. I hate getting directions from a woman....

Stu,

Whilst in the Nav function, go into the Nav 'settings' menu you should find the choice to switch between Male or Female voice commands...that is, unless there is some bizarre post Brexit ban on Male voices!

One lady talking to me in the car is enough, that's why mine is set to Male voice ;-)

Anything could happen as they say...

Hey - it could be worse - you could have a Hillary/Trump decision in 6 weeks!
