LOL Dave, yeah mine took a dip too at one point, but I eventually clawed back to even and then beyond.

 

I am stunned at how even the spread of NW is in this poll. Did not expect that at all.

I'm the opposite - I was a Marketing major - this is good stuff for anyone in that discipline. I ended up in the Finance world, but once again, this tells me something.

Another way to look at it: If you can't make enough of a commitment to buy a car instead of leasing, you probably shouldn't be getting married either. lol

If I ever get the urge to get married again I will just go out and find a woman I really hate and buy her a house. Would be way, way cheaper.

 

Haha; some great responses. Truth is I got married again almost two years ago (we've been together for 7) and couldn't be happier.

I was a gearhead before I could afford a car like F-type, and I will still be a gearhead if I end up in the poorhouse. The only difference is how many cars I have, and how many I could afford to buy new.

If poor, I'd have lightly modded Mustang for the track and old Miata for summer, but I'd still be doing the same kind of things with these cars as I am doing now.

I fully intend to end up in automotive Valhalla.

 

This thread has me searching info about prenups and the GF and I aren't even engaged yet...

 

If she does read these threads, she probably won't be participating in a whole lot of that missing last F word with you for a while...
