Just received Jaguar F-Type, The Complete Story by Andrew Noakes. Got it hard cover and is a worthy addtion to the coffee table. History leading to the develpoment and then the story of ther car itself. I have a habit of buying these for the cars I've owned. I have ones on Maserati, Mercedes, and Audi. On Amazon, of course!

I pre-ordered a copy a couple of months ago. Amazon says expected delivery to me is around February 1st. I am looking forward to it. Glad to hear that it is a good one.

Cancel your order, and reorder on Amazon. Just ordered my book today and it's arriving tomorrow.

I got a surprise yesterday and my book was waiting for me at the Post Office. I found it a bit odd as usually Amazon's shipping notifications are pretty accurate. I can't complain though.
Yes, the quality of the pictures is worthy of any formal room of the house, but the technical detail, design evolution and historical impact of corporate dynamics spanning the decades leading up to the final introduction of the F-Type is astounding. Far more written information than just pretty pictures. Enjoy! Well worth 2-3 times what you have to pay for it.
Just got mine today. Very well done and provided a lot of wonderfull information and context for the decision making over the years for both good and bad. Learned several things that I did not know namely that the transmission relationship with ZF goes back decades which is impressive and proven to be fruitful several times for the brand. Lots of other great tidbits as well. Nice plug for the forum also,
Just received my new book yesterday courtesy of our very own lizzardo and what a pleasant, lovely, surprise it was! Thank you very much Steve (I hope you don’t mind my posting my “new book” here? I thought it was an apt place to do so.)
