Is any of these grilles can be ordered with an EURO number plate holder, or is that must be custom manufactured too? Perhaps the P7 if sold in Europe should have it as an option?
I believe Skizot was referring to me, as I have the Epace (JA1200108) grille paired with the Ebay surround.
Back to the OPs question. NO the new Ftype Grille wont fit. It does have the sensor holders built in which is great, but the emblem is too high up on the grille which causes you to either cut off the sensors or the emblem. SO if anyone has a 21 Ftype grille, hit me up I have one I dont need
Does the E-Pace part bolt right on? Seems like that piece is ~1/4 of the price of the P7 part I used!
Lots of time with the bumper on and off!! It took all day.
My measurements were 40mm up and 7mm right, although it was a little too high as the welding in the new location required the chassis rail to be trimmed.
I gave these details to my local fabricator and asked them to move the towing eye. I also asked them to mill the towing hitch to 20mm.
When these items came back, I got to work further modifying the grille.
Here's my guide on Google Drive - you'll want to jump to section 7. If the link doesn't work, let me know and I'll look into hosting it elsewhere.
I know of only one other person who has moved the towing eye and he has a OEM P7 grille.
I just did the E-Pace grille/Aliexpress Carbon Fiber Surround swap today but discovered that the E-Pace has a bigger Growler than my F-Type. Does anybody have the proper part number for the bigger growler? I'm having a hard time confirming.

I went through this same headache and the only place I found one for a relatively normal price was EBay. Not sure if this link will work but it says he has 6 available still - https://www.ebay.com/itm/204028247449 If not, search for "New JAGUAR GROWLER GRILLE BADGE Logo Emblem I-PACE 2018+ Electric J9C3-16B856-BD" from seller smartreparatienl

FYI: The part number is for the E-Pace or I-Pace. There are a lot of used 100mm growler badges on eBay - there isn't a chrome/black variant. I took the badge apart and sprayed the red to black.
Finally got it done. The bumper bar had sadly been drilled in many places (7 total!) for the front license plate by the dealer who leased the car to its first driver. I had been driving with the bumper bar covered with carbon fiber vinyl but you could still see the outline of the holes. It always bugged me. I decided against a replacement bumper bar and went for the updated look instead. I was ready for a lot of fabrication to get everything to fit, but not much was needed. I didn't need to trim the carbon fiber surround to get it to fit. It just "pressed in" with some firm pressure and stretching of the front bumper panel. The e-pace grill fit surprisingly well, just a little trimming needed and drilling new screw holes in some places. Finally, in homage to @Therock88 I finished it off with glowing LED eyes (but not connected to the methanol controller!) and a LED downlight to see the badge at night. Total cost in parts was ~ $300.
Good work, how did you solve the crash bar? It is not visible from photos. I have installed VR P7 replica with sensors holders and the silver crash bar looks horrendous, so I am waiting for OEM plastic cover from 2021 cars
@J444G The crash bar was painted the same dark gray as the car so it is not noticeable. I was prepared to paint it with several coats of flat black Plasti-Dip paint in anticipation of road debris and bugs hitting it at high speed.
By the way I know this is a public knowledge, but the visual difference in a real world is huge. I think that the P7 grille is the most single substantial improvement that can be done to this car.
@JagCode3 Please what you did with parking sensors? I see you have front-sides but I cannot see front middle (in the grille) sensors. Do the fit to the honeycomb, or are they too large?
If I buy just e-pace grille without camera, you say it is easy to fit to the OEM frame (gloss black)?
And does F-Type logo emblem fit the e-pace grille?
Thank you

Where did you buy the carbon surround? Mine had to be heavily modified on the sides to make it fit.
@Spacefan On eB. It was for a 2013-2016 and the seller in China initially wouldn't ship it to me because I have a 2019. I insisted because I knew I was going to have to do some cutting anyway. Turn out it fit perfectly with some stretching and firm pressure.
@J444G My base model has no parking sensors so that made it pretty easy. The e-pace grill without camera, gloss black is what you want. Fits great. The e-pace badge is larger than the F-Type. You will need to order that too. Part number is earlier in this thread.
It required much less work than I was expecting (Thanks, Phil!):
