Can I ask a dumb question, with your solution for the parking sensors, do they still work and function normally? Would love to do this (and thank you for the pdf) but really want to keep the front sensors working

This look is the look the f-type should always have had, interesting in effect it's what I've just done with my e-type and the e-types jaguar are producing a special editions have it done to, slim down the numbers, remove the bar

I looked up all the part numbers for the grill and not finding what I was expecting J9C7248.However I found lots of options for JA1200107 J9C7247. Will this work? No parking sensors or camera on my car so wondering if that is the difference in part numbers, or if there is something else?

@Zen Beer I bought mine (non-camera) on Amazon for like $90, and it's excellent quality. For the camera version there is a small cut out at the top center for the camera. I doubt you would even see it because it is mostly covered by the surround (and it's dark up there anyway).

After doing the project I would happily get the camera version and work with it. I also installed a LED down light for the growler badge at that spot so actually the camera version would have been better in my case. You can get these for ~$100 if you search around.

I got the chinese grill, but it had a couple of imperfections. So I just sanded the surround with 600 grit sandpaper and repainted the surround and grill black (body color), then I painted the badge a high gloss black for a little contrast and painted the eyes a dark red. Soon as I get it on the car, I will add a picture.

Are you saying you have a little light that shines down on the growler?

I ended up going with J9C7247 which has the cutout for the camera as I could not find the other version. These are getting rare too. FYI a 21 and up grill from an F pace will technically fit, but the diamond design is different and doesn't match with the side grills. Also top tip use studs in the grill surround instead of bolts as it makes it really easy to measure, cut and attach.

My measurements were 40mm up and 7mm right, although it was a little too high as the welding in the new location required the chassis rail to be trimmed.

I gave these details to my local fabricator and asked them to move the towing eye. I also asked them to mill the towing hitch to 20mm.

When these items came back, I got to work further modifying the grille.

Here's my guide on Google Drive - you'll want to jump to section 7. If the link doesn't work, let me know and I'll look into hosting it elsewhere.

I know of only one other person who has moved the towing eye and he has a OEM P7 grille.
Can you repost a link to your guide? Also how did you mount the sensors? Looks part of the grille.
