I recently purchased a low mileage 2015 Base Coupe. This is my first Jag but I have owned many European models (Porsche, Audi, BMW) in my past. I love the visual sculptural beauty of the F-Type Coupe, the sensual burble of the active exhaust, and the connected feel of the driving experience. So far this is the "most pleasing" car that I have owned.
I live on Whidbey Island just NW of Seattle and do get to use the Jag as my commuter car to work about 60 miles RT/day. My first tank of fuel calculated at 27.3 MPG while the computer estimated 28.5 MPG average. Not bad considering some of the results I read in other postings. High MPG was not a consideration in my commuter choice, but this is a pleasant surprise.
