Smile New member, I want to install puddle/logo lights

Hello everybody, I am new to this forum. I purchased my 2017 F type R last week.
I want to install puddle lights, logo lights, whatever you want to call them on my car.
I can't seem to find anything online. I want something that replaces the OEM bulb. Not those AAA battery stick on ones I keep finding on eBay.
Has anybody done this mod, what lights did you use/recommend?
Any help would be much appreciated!

The lights I am looking for (found on these forums)

Here is what you want. Search for these....Looks like this one may be out for now, but same ones will go right in door panel like OEM. Click Here

I have this type on my car....

Press a tab under the door panel, and pop out the OEM light. Unplug the connector (2 pin connector). Connect the new light connector, and snap in original OEM location. 5 minute job.

MInd your fingers, though - the OEM bulb gets hot (guess how I know).

The set i ordered are adjustable so it took a few minutes walking side to side making sure the growler was in the right place and consistent on both sides. Also note, that if one shorts out, it can stop the interior lights and illuminated door sills from working. If your inside lights go out, check the ebay puddle lights first!

What a Silly Billy!
All you had to do was turn off the interior illumination by waving past/touching the interior central light panel!

In total deference to OP, I've thought about these, but I am in a bubble of my own making.
Can I get a show of hands of people who think these are amazingly cool and nifty vs the people who sorta think these are silly or dorky?
Often times things I think are extraordinarily cool are just goofy LOL

Mind you, the page says seller is away til June 30th and not processing/shipping orders until then.
I guess the only person this would matter to is my wife. LOL if she doesn't like it, conversation over haha
if she does, I'm in! =)

I'm not whipped. I'm smart. =)

The precise reason I no longer have the Growler puddle lights:”That’s ridiculous!”

Not whipped but you require buy-in to change puddle lights? I’ve had my share of eye rolls regarding my cars and the aftermarket parts I believe are “necessary” but the train keeps rolling - get on board or get off the tracks.

Mine we're shipped before the seller went away.

Also my wife thinks the whole car itself is crazy so why not some ridiculous door projectors.

My wife thinks they are silly, I kinda like them as part of my inner child.....but my adult married instincts know better.
