Default New tires Michelin PS4S

I have a 2016 S with the 19" wheels and I ordered the PS4S from Discount Tire today. I ordered the 275/35's for the rear but they are telling me they can no longer be found. They suggested the 285's which they say will fit my stock propeller wheels. Anyone see a problem with this? The overall diameter of the 285's is 26.92" vs 26.62" on the 275's. I'm a little worried because I don't think I have seen anyone else on the forum doing this. I haven't lowered the car or anything so I don't think the additional 10cm width would be an issue.

Appreciate any guidance....thanks!

After doing another search it appears that the 285's will be OK. Let me know if anyone disagrees.
Any thoughts on going with 255's in the front? I wouldn't mind the wider sizes front and back as long as it doesn't cause traction control issues.
I don't track the car so for me it's more about appearance.
Thanks!

wider tires give you more traction but less acceleration, which is better for our cars imo, i think people fit 305 on the 20" rims. I still went 295 for mine since they were cheaper

I put the 285's on as that was all that Mich. speced for the 19" , that was 2 years ago. Did't see any point in changing front size.
