I like the idea of having lunch and then a ride. I cannot make it on Saturday but this formula is a good one and I'm interested if there is a next one. I'll be watching for future lunch/rides.

I'm getting the car delivered Monday, replaced the battery bad cell, fixed the loud button "open circuit" frayed wire in boot area, and flushed and replaced brake fluid. I'll be ready the next time a lunch/ride is announced, great to get together and compare experiences.

I’m receiving my car today, so hopefully the next informal f type lunch/ride is announced I will be available. Question for this group, which Jaguar dealerships do you use or recommend. I bought my car from Glen Cove and I had them correct current issues, but normal maintenance I would prefer a dealer closer to Goshen NY. Any suggestions.

Quick update. Jag arrived 11:45 am on roll back. Happy to report all bells and whistles work and the first thing I did was install the C Tek battery charger/maintenance. Connected pig tails and routed wires as appropriate, my intention is to plug in c tek at home whenever I park it. Took her for a very spirited drive in dynamic performance mode, very rewarding and exciting to drive. Very happy with my choice, the sound is intoxicating.

Congrats on the car! You shouldn't need to keep it on a tender that much. If you rarely drive it (i.e. once a month or it's going to sit for a few months), then yes use the tender.
