New York Tri State
My Jag dealer did my cold air intake by EVENTURI and my cross drilled rotors by STOP TECH. My dealer is Pro Modding cars. The techs are gearheads.

I held back my review and opinion of the EVENTURI cold air intake setup because shortly after the dealer did the install, my check engine light came on. I had the opportunity to get the car to the dealer today and it turns out, the issue for the check engine light was triggered by the O2 sensor, which has absolutely nothing to do with the CAI. It was fixed under the new car warrenty.
There is a more pronounced S/C whine sound when mashing the gas pedal and i feel as though the motor breaths MUCH EASIER. When you compare the OEM air intake design and compare it to the Eventuri design, you can see that the Eventuri design is a simple and more direct air flow design. It's a no brainier. Plus, quality is 5 stars.
It's not complicated stuff. I have a mechanic friend who provides A+ service. His name is George at M-Chanics in Valley Stream. I can give him a head's up if you're interested. You'll see my Viper ACR there.
For more complex work, I use Fabspeed, but they're near Philly.
I gave up on trying to find a "brand specific" shop for these things. It's over-rated. Use someone you trust.

I heard there are good Independent auto shops on the island but it's too far, so i go to my dealer who is mod friendly. My GF resides in Massapequa and I'll be there this Saturday. Then dinner at Blackstone steakhouse restaurant in Melville.
