My Sat Nav stopped working a few days ago.
has a gps symbol with red line through it.

Couldn't find any post on this forum.
Wondered if anyone has any experience or knowledge of this.

My guess is possibly lack of signal from rear mounted gps antenna.

Booked into JLR dealer for repair under warranty on 7/11/17.


Any ideas welcome, already tried disconnecting battery to no avail.

I did, the cause on my coupe was a water filled antenna. Replaced under warranty

 

Don't know if the cause was water ingress but warranty replacement of antenna was the solution to my problem also.

 

I'm having the same issue right now. The dealer hasn't replaced the antenna yet -- only reloaded the firmware, checked the wiring, and disconnected the battery from what I can tell. They said they opened a case with Jaguar NA and are waiting for guidance.
