My manual says "The deployable rear spoiler can also be manually deployed when the vehicle is stationary for maintenance." Sounds like you may have a problem with yours. I have the fixed spoiler so can't comment on specifics.

Shut the car off, then press the starter button without your foot on the brake to turn on the accessories. Then press the spoiler button to manually raise it into "cleaning mode"

+1. Ignition has to be on and engine off..

Did you have the rear side windows tinted by an aftermarket company ? Belgian guy ordered it off-factory but only got a rear window tinted..

Yes Aftermarket. You cant order it by factory

I just discovered yesterday it says 'tinted rear window' , while the looks in the configurator show tinted rear-side windows also...
THats what fooled the belgian chap. And its something one should expect.
