I think I mentioned this on another thread, but I was taken for a hot lap in a P300 on a track where I have done quite a bit of driving in R's and S's and XE S's and a P400, as well as hot laps in the XJR and F Type R and S. Driven by a pro, the P300 was amazingly good and even I as a passenger could tell the handling was spot on, sharper in the front end. The driver had to keep the speed up a bit going into the bends and turns given the lesser acceleration, it was really impressive. It even sounded pretty good, though the engine note was probably the one place where I thought there could be improvement, being a bit addicted to noise. On the smaller, tighter track I'd rather drive the P300 than an R though my bias runs toward the S, possibly because I have one.

I must say that at the same weight as the 2.0, my cat no longer has that heavy feeling and now has the nimbleness you would expect from a sportscar.

Guys, thanks ! It took almost a year, but finally I get some respect for the '4-potter'...
