I've searched to no avail. You can go suction cup mount but it looks messy. I would love it if someone made something that attaches the passenger hold bar. These guy make one but it's on the wrong side: http://www.proclipusa.com/dashboard-...912-19416.cmsv

Yup, still just using the cup holder because the Waze app is vastly superior to the F-Type nav system for dealing with traffic gridlock.

That would be perfect! But, with only 7K F-Types sold in the US in two model years vs. nearly 70K C7s, there isn't much incentive to develop that type of custom solution.

the eternal pro/con of picking a relatively rare car...custom car seat covers, custom phone holders, aftermarket wheels, etc. aren't as readily available....

that corvette proclip would be perfect...really clean. the clip on the one designed for the jag does not look good, as it sticks out.

i did get a Form-Fit indoor car cover from covercraft that is really awesome. custom cut for the R and fits like a glove. highly recommend

I use the
Tetrax Tetrax
clip about the size of a thimble and is a powerful magnet. Unfortunately the F-type doesn't have the best vent layout as my old car. A simple metal card did the trick. I'll probably shave it down to just what I need and then the holder disappears into the car. It is a twist clamp. On your phone you have a flat round piece of metal half the size of a dime.

Pardon the dusty car.

I've used the Tetrax before, and have loved it.

They make several versions, two of which are adhesive backed and do not require a vent.

The vent can be programmed to stay up all the time, but that's not a very elegant solution either.

I'm using the ProClip solution for the F-type. I wasn't sure I'd like it, but now that it's installed, I find it to be the best compromise in an already busy driver control area. Positionally it's just a little lower than what's shown in the picture Lynx posted above. It does somewhat block the start button, but you only use that twice per ride, and only when parked, so not a real issue. In use, it's ideally placed for easy access with your right hand (for those of us with left drive cars) making it easy to post Waze reports. It's also very well made. I'll try to get some pictures tomorrow.

Proclip makes an F-Type phone bracket. Has anyone tried this?

I suppose that's OK for short trips, where no battery charge is required, and if you're left-handed. My iPhone is running out of power at the end of an hour commute when running Waze.

I also use the Proclip bracket. Works very well although it sort of sticks out against your right knee.

That simply does not work for me as a tall person.
