My early '14 had the fuel injector issues, not till long off of warranty. Happened in the 20k range, first one bank then the other all on my nickel! Bought parts off of Rock Auto and used my inde but still expensive. Also did alum pipes at first sign of leak. I've owned car for 11 years+ so if I average cost out not so bad. I also did battery this year, and second set of new tires. Now at 33k miles.

Really, yeah, not sounding too bad averaged out as you say. Had you ever used (or are you currently) any of the typical forum recommended fuel system cleaner additives for your gas? Redline S1 and the like…

There seems to be some suggestion that this might help a bit with potential fuel injector issues etc…

Use Red Line for years but in the end didn't matter. I don't expect any new injector issues as the replacements were the updated versions.

Oh, okay, I feel like I’m learning something here…I guess you are saying that the newest F-types have updated injectors that were redesigned to address the issues to some degree? Is that it?

Interesting, I didn’t pick up on that in my reading here on the forum if that is true.

I believe the injectors were corrected sometime during the'15 model year.
