Default Ran over dead deer part

So I ran over a good size chunk of dead deer the other night going about 40-50mph straight on. Heard a couple clunks as it passed under. No warning lights or weird noises afterwards. Tried to take a look underneath and really couldnt see anything messed up, aside from this aluminum foil-esque piece that bent back a little, directly underneath the middle of the car. I'm having jaguar put it on the lift this week to take a better look.

Whats the worst thing that could get banged up under there, realistically?

That foil is the heat shield for the exhaust system that protects the underside of the body. Can likely be bent back and not all that difficult to replace if the car is on a lift.

+1. If you see no damage near the front lip, you are unlikely to have anything more serious than a bent heat shield and some well done deer cutlets hanging from the downpipes.

"Dead deer part" - squishy, or horns?

The former will rearrange stuff (heat shields for example).

The latter will tear/puncture "stuff"...

From what i could see, it just looked like a chunk of upper leg meat. Of course they have bones but hoping nothing was obviously exposed and just rolled underneath.

The meat definitely smelled awful after being heated on the car....like a piece of beef jerky gone bad. Hopefully they can just wash it off and tack the piece of heat shield back on so its secure. I thought maybe the exhaust system would get tossed around but would i'd hope cars have protection, to some extent, for that stuff.

My main issue is that its a leased car. If I owned it, I probably wouldnt be as concerned with cosmetic stuff underneath, but since its leased i dont want to get dinged for that when i turn it in.
