Default On the Road CEL

I am on a road trip and after a brief stop, I had a CEL. Of course I worry about that, but no Jaguar dealer close. My next day destination was Atlanta, so I called Hennessy twice, both times they discouraged me from coming in as they were over booked. Sort of a sigh, but you can come in and wait.
No problems driving but, I worry. Showed up at 2:30 on a Friday, today. They could not have been more helpful! Jim listened to me, took the car right in, sent us to the waiting room, and came back less than 30 minutes later. O2 sensor, reset, take it to your dealer when you have time.
I was treated as I had hoped. I can finish my trip and get over to Cary as soon as my schedule permits. Hooray!

That's a great dealer and flag bearer for the brand!

Default Back on

The CEL is back on and between my schedule and the dealer, 3 weeks before I can get in to have it fixed.

Did Hennessey mention the code number that is being thrown?

No, the SA really did not even remember all of the description. They did me a big favor by plugging me in, but generated no paperwork. It was a real zoo there so I did not push the issue. When he told me driving would be no problem but fuel economy might suffer a bit, I just smiled.

I've had two oxygen sensor campaigns. No CEL generated but I fear there is a way to go before the sensor problem is finessed.

Finally got in for service on my CEL and the SA showed me that my car was listed for an oxygen sensor campaign, for which I never received notification. So I would have had to drive over there, in any event. Seems to have fixed the problem for now.
