I'm up for car week in Monterey depending upon the final meet up time. I too have guests coming to town for the event. My favorite week of the year. I always take it off from work to check out Reunion races, auctions, Carmel concours on the avenue, rally's, parties, etc... but since I live here it's a "staycation".

Call your agent who writes your auto policy! You may find you have coverage driving another vehicle as Calif. auto coverage usually follows the driver, not the vehicle. Can almost guarantee you are covered for Liability. Collision in a rental could be in question, and if your policy does not cover it, your agent might be able to add an endorsement that should be far less money than what any rental agency would charge.

Looks like I will have to miss car week as something just came up for that week-end.
Also, I was too lame to figure out how to do a poll

Where are you located in the Monterey area?

PM me with your info, sometimes I join in on the Ferrari club and we cruise down the coast for lunch, could use another F-Type to make things interesting, lol!

Anything new on this? I think sometimes you just have to pick a date and see who shows up. Most schools up here start on the 14th, so that's prob a bad weekend for some. I'll be there if possible.

Funny, I was just thinking that today. Since the OP is nowhere to be seen, we should just do this. Last weekend of the month - 26/27? These things usually happen on a Sunday? Thanks.

Yes someone just needs to pick a date and have people say whether they are in or out (typically a Sat or Sun morning). The F-Type meet a couple weeks ago in LA was pretty fun, would love to see it happen here in the Bay.
