Let the pulley hub sit on there on HI for roughly 30-45 minutes until it turns from a silver to a more golden/bronze color and it is ready to go at that point. Even heat application is better to avoid either it not going on easily or damaging the pulley.

Also to note, that once the hub is cooled, it is on there, so like you said in the video, get it right the first time, there is no going back or second chances.

You probably know this already, but when I was putting 21's on mine, they oversized the tyres to make the protective ridge sit proud of the rim, as ******** here has a history of kerbing rims. It does work, I have only managed to scuff a rim once in 3 years using 265's on the front and 305's on the rear.
