Default SiriusXM SXV300

Has anyone tried to connect the SiriusXM SXV300 to the Meridian system? Sat Radio is the only feature I don't have but I cant justify spending $800 to add the necessary OEM components.

thanks!

You can stream Sirius through your smart phone. The sound quality IMO is actually better.

It certainly can't be worse as the sound quality from the OEM [upgraded] system when it comes to SIRIUS SERIOUSLY sucks. My wife's 10-year old BMW, with SIRIUS, sounds spectacular whereas my 2015 V6S - when playing any of the music stations - is rather appalling.

Yes, when I have mine on Sirius it is soooo sibilant that I can barely listen to it. I'll try the app. Probably won't continue after the trial is over...
