Default Standard "Normal" Driving Mode

So I just my car back from the dealer a couple days ago and I noticed that the car now goes back to normal drive mode everytime I get back in and start the car unlike before when the car stayed on dynamic mode for at least few hours. Anyone else experienced the same thing?

I haven't experienced this but have read similar posts on the forum.

I can't remember if it was later models that were set up this way as standard or whether a 'software upgrade ' introduced the feature.

I believe it's a setting that can be configured by those with equipment and knowledge by editing a flag in CCF (car configuration file)

Yeah, that was H136 - "Pass by Noise in Latched Special Programs Mode", You now have an extra button to press after you disable stop/start when you fire it up.

I'll give Scott at Velocity call and see if maybe they can do something about it through their tune file just like the option to have the start/stop disabled. We don't have snow in So Cal so I pretty much drive on dynamic mode 90% of the time and its really quite annoying now, even when I park the car for 5 mins its already back to normal driving mode.

Why haven't you simply disabled Stop/Start?

I was disabled through the Velocity tune and I put the stock tune back on prior to bringing the car into the dealer and then reinstalled the Vap tune as soon as I got the car back and eco start/stop disabled again.
