I was in a large parking lot today, it was a very large lot, just open and flat with absolutely nothing around me.... so.... I took the liberty of drawing some rings on the pavement. I turned off DSC completely and proceeded to paint.
It was a quick session lasting all of 10 seconds if that, and as I was driving away I noticed the following messages:
The car took itself out of dynamic mode and had that message flashing.
I thought it strange that I would have an Ebrake error... I decided to take a look at rotors and noticed the rear drivers side has this heavy scratch on it:
The rear passenger side has a scratch but not as deep as the drivers side. The front rotors look fine...
Soooooooo how does any of this make any sense? Why would the E-brake malfunction during a brief donut session with DSC off???
Do you guys think I should take it in to the dealer to get it checked out?
