Default Torque vectoring STANDARD on BASE

I recently bought a new 2017 F type Base in Australia, on the spec sheet I was given when I borought the car it said that my base had Torque Vectoring which I had never heard of before. I happened to be on the Jaguar website today and it said that the base is standard with open diff and Torque Vectoring! Very surprised as I thought this was an option for the big block F types!

It was an option on the base and S until recently (MY2017), and I *think* it has always been standard on the R.
