If you search, you'll find many, many threads related to this. Most folks do a larger crank pulley rather than a smaller supercharger pulley.

Ohhh...you might want to reconsider vendors if ETG is recommending an upper pulley.

No, you are correct. Their site only offers the upper (SC) pulley. Have a chat with Stuart at Velocity AP. Many of us on this forum can attest to their tunes & pulleys. Do a search on tunes/pulleys on this forum to see why you want to go with the lower pulley rather than the upper one. Stuart can explain as well.

As far as I know, ETG only offers the upper pulley. ETG is fairly reputable in the car tuning world. I tuned my 2014 bmw 650i gran coupe through Jags (owner of ETG). Having said that, IMHO when it comes to the Jaguar/Land Rover platform, VAP is the way to go. Also best bang for buck. U can’t go wrong with ETG either though. Happy tuning.....

Ah, yes, enjoy it for as long as you can. But soon the tuned level of performance will be the new normal, and then boredom sets in. Just sayin...
