Turn Off Auto Dimming Mirrors
All,
Is there a way to prevent the mirrors from auto-dimming? Sometimes at night, with my tinted windows, the mirrors are just way too dark with the auto-dimming. Can I turn this feature off? How?

I don't believe there is a on/off selection. The F12 fuse F12 description says "Mirror dimming inhibit," but it also does the reverse lamps.
You could put a small dot sticker over the sensor.

yes, cut a 2mm circle of black electrical tape and put it over the sensor on your rear view mirror, you see it as a tiny dark dot in the top centre of the mirror glass, if you cover this, they will not auto dim as that works on other car headlights hitting the sensor when your lights are on.
